🤝A Space to Feel Safe Being You: 1-on-1 Peer Support for Neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+ Healing with Tori Anderson

Tori understands how complex it can be to navigate the world when your body, mind, and identity don’t always fit neatly into expected boxes — and how healing often requires patience, curiosity, and self-compassion. As an autistic and medically complex person in working recovery from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders, Tori brings empathy, openness, and lived understanding into every conversation.

In 1-on-1 Peer Support Specialist calls on ShareWell, Tori offers a private, 45-minute space where you can show up exactly as you are — identity, questions, uncertainty, and all. You don’t need the “right words,” a clear goal, or a linear recovery story. This isn’t therapy or clinical care — it’s genuine peer support rooted in shared experience, curiosity, and respect.

đź’› What Working with Tori Looks Like

Tori’s approach is grounded in authenticity, consent, and meeting people where they are. Drawing from their lived experience as a neurodivergent, gender-fluid peer in recovery, Tori creates space for exploration, reflection, and honest conversation â€” especially around identity, mental health, chronic illness, and disordered eating.

In your sessions, you can expect:

  • A calm, one-on-one space that centers your lived experience
  • Support from someone who understands neurodivergence, mental health, and recovery firsthand
  • Room to talk openly about identity, body, health, and emotions without judgment
  • Gentle, peer-led conversation guided by what feels supportive to you

You don’t need to have everything figured out — curiosity and presence are enough.

đź’¬ Why Peer Support Specialists Matter

Peer Support Specialists are a vital part of the mental health ecosystem. They are trained peers — not therapists — who use lived experience and evidence-informed peer practices to foster connection, understanding, and hope.

Peer support is about being witnessed, not assessed.
It’s about authenticity, not perfection.
And it’s about remembering you don’t have to navigate life alone.
