Adele understands how deeply life can be shaped by early experiences — and how healing is often nonlinear, tender, and personal. As a survivor of childhood trauma and mental illness, Adele brings compassion, patience, and lived wisdom into every conversation, creating space for honesty without pressure and support without judgment.
In 1-on-1 Peer Support Specialist calls on ShareWell, Adele offers a private, 45-minute space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need the “right words,” a clear goal, or a polished story. This isn’t therapy or clinical care — it’s genuine peer support rooted in shared humanity and deep listening.
