🎤 Meet Coach Jennifer Salzman

Jennifer Salzman is a Certified Life Coach and mindfulness practitioner who helps people manage ADHD using practical tools grounded in self-compassion. After decades of self-medicating undiagnosed ADHD, she found healing through mindfulness, sobriety, and intentional inner work.
Today, Jennifer runs A Mighty Rebel, where she coaches individuals with ADHD to reclaim their power and build sustainable habits that honor who they are. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and is certified through TNMI. Jennifer brings lived experience, honesty, and a rebellious spirit to every session.
