We’ve been working behind the scenes to improve your ShareWell experience. Here’s a quick look at the most recent ShareWell platform updates you’ll see starting today.
1. Revamped In-Session Experience 🖥️
We’ve redesigned the session room to make it more user-friendly and visually pleasing. The chat is now easier to access, and new tools help sessions run smoothly. Most importantly, we’ve greatly improved video connectivity for smoother sessions every time.
2. Goodbye Wells, Hello Topics and Tags 🏷️
We’ve updated how sessions are organized. All former Wells still exist as Topics, and we’ve added two new ones: Identity and Illness & Addiction. Now, when you create a session or series, you can add up to 3 Topics and 7 Tags to describe it. This makes it easier for members to find sessions in search.
3. Real-Time Topic Chats 🗨️
Want to connect with peers outside of a session? Join a Topic Chat and connect with others 24/7. Session chats are still available, but now you can talk to your community anytime.
4. Calendar View 📆
Tracking your sessions is easier than ever. On the Home page, you’ll now find a Calendar View where you can see all your upcoming sessions in one place.
5. Improved Mobile Navigation 📱
Using ShareWell on the go has never been smoother. We’ve completely redesigned the mobile experience so you can join sessions, chat, and get support wherever you are.
6. Enhanced Profiles 🧑🤝🧑
We’ve updated profiles to celebrate who you are. You can now include your pronouns, keep track of your favorite Topics, and see your past Session history all in one place.
7. Dedicated Host Dashboard 📊
If you’re a host, you’ll love the new Host Dashboard. This all-in-one hub lets you manage sessions, explore host-only perks, and access a resource library packed with tips to boost your hosting skills. There’s also a dedicated tab for host-only sessions.
