At ShareWell, we’re dedicated to making online peer support the best experience it can be for you to safely connect with your peers. We’ve been paying close attention to your feedback over the last two years and are excited to unveil a brand new website that contains all of the functionality of our former site but with many enhancements, fixes and improvements.

What’s new? Here’s a quick introduction:

🖥️ 1. Revamped in-Session Experience: Get ready for a more user-friendly and visually pleasing session room, complete with a highly accessible chat and new features to ensure your sessions run smoothly. Most importantly, we’ve vastly improved our video connectivity to ensure sessions run smoother than ever. 

🏷️ 2. Goodbye Wells, Hello Topics and Tags!: This change broadens the range of our support options. Don’t worry, each of the former Wells still exists as a Topic and we’ve even added 2 new Topics: Identity and Illness & Addiction to better serve the growing community needs. For each session or series you create, you can now add up to 3 Topics along with up to 7 Tags to better describe what your session is about and help people find your session in a search.

🗨️ 3. Real-time Topic Chats: Want to connect with other members outside of a Session? Dive into one of the Topic Chats where you can connect with your peers 24/7. Session chats still exist as well but now you can communicate with peers at any time.

📆 4.  Calendar View: Managing your sessions has never been easier! On Home, you will find a new Calendar View where you can effortlessly keep track of all your sessions.

📱 5. Improved Mobile Navigation: Using ShareWell on mobile is easier than ever. Whether attending sessions or using chat, we’ve completely redesigned the mobile experience to make sure you can still access peer support while on the go. 

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 6. Enhanced Profiles: We want to celebrate you at ShareWell and profiles have been updated to include your pronouns as well as help you keep track of your interested Topics and past Session history.  

📊  7. Dedicated Host Dashboard: If you’re a host, you’re in for a treat. This all-in-one command center allows you to efficiently manage your sessions and access a wealth of resources to boost your hosting skills. All of your host perks will be shown here. There’s also a separate tab for sessions only available to hosts and a large resource library full of hosting tips.
